We source our food locally,
but if this is not possible we go to specialist suppliers.
This way we will always be assured that the food is the
best available and that there is always something tempting
available.
For all our meals
we are using
the best sausage in Britain from Powters of Newmarket, locally
sourced bacon and fresh free range eggs from Essex..
We
have the best filter coffee in town and are aspiring to
have the best capuccinos, lattes and espressos. To
do this we have invested in a Cimbali coffee machine, which
is the Rolls Royce of coffee brewers, and have a special
blend of freshly ground coffee from our supplier TROPIC
COFFEE of King's Lynn.
