THE INTRUIGING STORY OF ST EDMUNDS HONEY

The story of Colin's St.Edmund's Honey started on Sunday July 7th 2006.  

A swarm of bees had settled on a lampost in Bury St Edmunds town centre, a call went out on Radio Suffolk seeking help to remove them.  Jackie Bird of Street Level heard the news item, texted Fiddy Jordan, a friend and employee, whose husband Colin a former professional beekeeper, grabbed his gear and went and rescued the bees, took them back home and introduced them to a hive.
